What tartan & uniform do you wear?
Full Highland Dress
Characterised by the distinctive Feather Bonnet, (often mistaken for a Busby or Bearskin!), Full Dress is the apotheosis of uniform that is sure to create a stir amongst your guests. It is of the traditional Scottish Highland Regiments consisting of spats, horsehair sporran, piper's doublet & plaid, ceremonial dirk, cross belts and, of course, the kilt.
Turn-out and deportment are crucial to providing that extra sense of occasion when a piper strikes up to play. Bagpipes are an instrument of impact, so why not pick a piper with a uniform that matches the instrument?
Tartans
I have 4 different tartans to rotate through when playing at events. If you would like me to wear a specific one of them to match your bridesmaids dresses or flowers just let me know.
